This is my try with PI's DBE (it surely could be improved):

Obviously, the treetops line has not been properly modelized by DBE. This is
because the transition between the treetops and the sky is too abrupt. This
could be avoided with a mask, or by putting a lot of DBE samples covering
the treetops. However I like the bright halo surrounding the treetops; it
adds a touch of mystery :)
My try is far from optimal. The linearized division method of Carlos Milovic
would probably give better results. Better curves could also be defined.

I have Photoshop , Pixlnsight and Picture Window pro .. I tried but I can't
figure how to remove the vignetting here.
