RE: [APML] Nicola - Monitors et al

Nicola, youll find out that most monitors have been replaced by those awful
LCD displays now in computer stores. We had to travel far and wide just to
find a single CRT monitor! The problem is red. nearly all of them
displayed red as orange or orange red. it is apparently a very difficult
color to reprodce on a phosphor. Only two out of a dozen looked actually
red. We ended up with a samsung syncmaster monitor, 19 inch. Reds are RED.

Hi Chris,

it is very nice indeed, lot of detail there. I was wondering which new
monitor
you got and how you set it up, as I'm going to buy a new monitor as well,
dunno
when though.

regards,
Nicola
