[APML] Astrophotography at the Glockner-Hochalpenstrasse
Hi everybody!
I wanted to show to you the photo report of my stay at the
Glockner-Hochalpenstrasse in September 2003, which I have recently
finished. The Glockner-Hochalpenstrasse is a well-known mountain road in
the Austrian Alps which climbs up to an altitude of approx. 7500 feet and
offers some nice observation sites. The report in written in German, but
if you follow the links to the astrophotos, you will find English
descriptions and exposure data:

The photos were taken using a TMB 105 refractor and various tele lenses. A
Meade 8" SCT was used for visual observations. You will also find many
nice mountain photographs.
Greetings from Vienna/Austria/Europe,
