Thank you for the reply.  I had never thought of deconcolution.

Actually, for seeing limited images, I am not sure if deconvolution
helps to gain anything.  Astronomers use unsarp mask or wavelet 
transform to enhance details of seeing limited images.  These are
not deconvolution.  (I only heard of deconvolution on diffraction
limited images such as those from HST or radio telescopes.)  This 
is why on large telescopes, people only think about Nyquist sampling
when planing their CCDs or IR imagers.

If all possible, could you make a side by side comparison of the F9 
and F6 images?  This will be a very good lesson for everyone.
