RE: [APML] Reworked M31



Very nice!  It looks like you gained quite a bit around the fringes of the galaxy, the core, and the two companion ellipticals.

Probably not. The Fuji Superia has a pretty strong red 
sensitivity. The outer arms are dominated by the strong
response of the tech pan. The violet seems to be right
around the transition where the response of the color
film drops off. Probably some sort of cross over effect.

Then again surf the net for images of this object and you
will see just about every color of the rainbow! So what
is "real"?? Even the calibrated CCD images look different.
