[APML] OT: Video on websites...how to?

Hi all, 

I just bought a video card so that I can transport my
storm chasing video to dvd.

My question is, how do i add vid to my website?
I checked out my webhost, and they only allow 2mb
available space for video.
My files are mucch bigger ranging from 10mb - 20mb.
Do i need to switch to another webhost provider, or
can I upload my files somewhere else to be viewed via
link.
What does this all entail?
