Why not use E200 4x5?
E200 is available in all formats and is a proven astrophotography 
film........it's only shortcomings are less blue sensitivity and perhaps too 
much red than we would like.
It can also be easily push processed up to about 3 stops, although I think a 
1-2 stop push is all that is usually needed. This will render the sky 
background (depending on skyglow, etc.) grey instead of black, which is 
better for scanning.
