Hi Alan,

Its really pretty simple. Most email clients have to be told not to use 
HTML else they will. And in the original message the word "don't" there 
was the ascii code for the apostrophe instead of the apostrophe. Makes 
it real funky to try and read with any continuity. Partularly for those 
of us who don't use Micro$oft products. It gets even worse with mailing 
lists because sometimes the listing software will strip, some/most of 
the html, and leave others.

Depending on your email client try changing the option to never 
send/post html.
