[APML] SCNR into SGBNR (Was: Re: Grain Reduction?)

Hi Bert, Buona sera, Nicola,

Ok, that's not difficult. Count with an (advanced) implementation of green 
pixel suppression for the next version of SGBNR. The new version will delay 
some more time, however, due to our recent work on the implementation of 
new algorithms. We hope this new work, especially wavelet processing, will 
improve the program dramatically. Thank you for your interest and support.
