Hi Jerry,

I have ordered the CD.  

Have you given any thoughts to starting a new group dedicated to
questions/problems/discussions as directly relate to the book?

Might save a lot of wear and tear on your inbox.  Additionally, I'm sure
a lot of experienced users could answer most of the questions newbees
like me will have.
