Scott was a member but no longer takes astrophotos. From his web page:

"NOTE: I have recently sold this telescope and related gear to pursue 
other interests. I will leave the website intact to display my past 
work. Goodbye and Clear Skies to you! --Scott"

John used to be a member too but unsubscribed over a minor dispute. In 
researching the archives it seems even more bizarre to me than it did
