[APML] Testing filters and skyfog

Hi All,

I just bought two B+W filters, an orange and dark red one, for shooting with
black&white films.
After a test to discover the infinity focus point, I was thinking to test the
sky fog limit with those filters on, compared to the one with only a skylight
filter on.
My question is: can I just use a fixed tripode and shoot at the zenith or do I
need to follow the stars for this kind of test?
