[APML] PVC Vacuum Chamber - Finale

Sometime ago, I posted a question about PVC vacuum chambers and got some
suggestions back. I tried quite a few schemes and none of them worked very
well.

Finally I hit on a really good solution. It's, cheap, easy to build and has
held a 28" Hg vacuum for several months now.

I use this tank for storing hypered film, not for hypering it, although that
might be possible. This point is addressed in the article.
