I agree with Fred that this is way off topic so this is my last comment here
on the subject.

Sean, the enhanced features are great for those that wish to use them.
Blocking the entire site unless you use them means you are forcing the
issue.  The really good sites give the visitor a choice. Maybe you can
suggest this to the right person.
