Hello Alan,
You have a great idea.  This is possible, I think.  I think we could do
something like this with Microsoft NetMeeting.  I think it would be
possible to view the educator's monitor (someone like Tony H<g>) by
several participants at one time.  I have participated in the Orange
county astronomers imaging conference via netstreaming.  I know this is
a little different, and I am not the best technical person to handle
this, but I think it could be done.  We could set a time up for folks to
sign on and watch an expert go through image manipulation.  Any takers?
