Thanks. Looks like it does help for your image. Watch the nebula
areas when doing this filtering. You will begin seeing a pitted effect
when you've gone too far. Selective masking of the nebula area will
allow you to suppress the stars even further. You might also experiment
with using "hard light" instead of "normal" during the final Edit/Fade
adjustment.
