Chuck, but after hypering, a density of .25 to .3 is expected for about 4 to
6 minutes in D19, agree?

No, that's not okay. I used to make slides of B&W negatives on unhypered
TP and the unexposed frames are practically clear after 10 mins in D19.
I've got a piece of "hypered" TP that was measured at .11d. If you're
getting .22d then you have a problem.
