[APML] Sagittarius Star Cloud

http://world.std.com/~mattb/gallery/astro/sag_cloud.html

The Sagittarius Star Cloud is the brightest part of the Milky Way, near the galactic center. It is northwest of the Sagittarius "teapot spout". This image is full frame and covers 4.6° x 3.6°.

This shot has high dynamic range and was clipped (on the top end) by PL3000 scanning. The only ill effect is that the stars are burned out slightly, but that was mitigated by star shaping.

Comments welcome.
