I have been messing around with layers to see if
anything can happen by adding layer duplicates of the RGB data... you might try
making a dupe layer and adding it using the "soft light" mode... it helps to
have the RGB just a tad light before doing this, or you can add the images with
a mask in "apply images." In any case, it is a way to increase the color
information ... quick and hopefully not too dirty.
