Rob,
bracket around 8 minutes.
Hi All,
This morning was
a spectacular event with the comet, the head passed right over the emmission
nebula NGC7380. Using my 5.5 inch schmidt camera, I was able to get
several rewarding images. I really like the E200 pushed 1 stop for comets,
It really brings the contrast of the tail up. Heres my new
image:

Hi Chris,
Nice comet! Is that an asteroid in the mid lower left?
Another question. I am about to truck my Schmidt to the Texas
Star Party where I will feed it some E200. I've used a ton of E200
piggybacking, but never in the Schmidt. I also give my E200 a 1-stop
push. What exposure under pretty dark sky have you been able to give
your E200 before it gets too light to scan good detail?
