Chris-
I was out this morning shooting the comet, yeah I know, a school
night... Anyway, even after your warning a week or two ago about the
conjunction when I picked up my film chips at the photo lab today, I saw
the red glow and thought "Oh crap, I fogged the shot with my LED
flashlight."
Then I saw it on the next one and thought, "Man, what a weird reflection."
When I finally saw it thru a loupe I was shocked to see the HII region.
I was exposing Elite 100 pushed a stop for 4 to 8 minutes (optimum is about
6). Need to get a scanner to share... Thanks for the heads up back when
you told us, will pay better attention next time. Forgot to mention I'm
shooting with the 8" Schmidt... Thanks for sharing.
