Re: [APML] FILM QUESTIONS!! Kodak response to film production questions (really on topic!)

A quick way to estimate the rough answer to #2 below is to find out how many
members are on APML (Gene?) and multiply by some number like 25 rolls per
year. That's assuming 1 roll per night average, and that not every dark of
the moon will have good weather. Some of us work and can't shoot during the
week (boy I wish I could shoot the Comet each morning like Chris!) I'm not
sure what percentage of 35mm vs 120 roll vs 4x5 sheet, but I would guess
something like 60/35/5. Then we have to factor what percentage of the
world's astrophotographers are on APML. Any guesses here?

The answers would tell us if we have a case with Kodak, or are we jilting at
windmills?

BTW I want to express a tremendous thanks to Bert Katzung for his efforts
and success at contacting Kodak. Through his work we have a legitimate
chance to voice our needs and be heard. I have no idea how well all of this
will turn out, but it's a great opportunity for all of us.
