digital form? If the majority of you answer yes, guess what... you're no
different than anyone else doing digital processing... and you will find
the cross over to CCD simple, if you decide to go that route, once you
learn how to operate the camera. You are aleady 75% there... how else could
I have learned to take CCD shots in one lousy week? The line that seperates
CCD from film is getting thinner and the digital techniques learned doing
film will follow you wherever you go. We are all brothers...

Hi Tony,

that's exactly the point. Since I joined this list I've got the impression
that almost all ACTIVE members of this list do digital processing of their
film images and that most discussion are about digital processing,
Photoshop techniques, scanning and so on. In fact I learned a lot from
these discussions. So the only thing that separates the CCD guys form the
film guys is the medium for image aquisition.

Also some people (myself included) are trying techniques to combine color
film images and high resolution CCD images to LRGBs. So the border is
blured.

Last but not least I am always desperately waiting for new images from you
Tony or from Robert or Matt or Philipp or Loke or Chris ... or ... or ...
In fact I don't care very much if these images are made with CCD or with
film. I am waiting for them because they are good and breathtaking! Please
keep on posting them! I don't want to miss one. Due to the fact that no
attachements but only links are sent over this list, someone who is not
interested in the image gets only the small mail with the link and can get
rid of it by pressing the DEL key. That's it.

These were my 2 Euro-Cents

Andreas
