[APML] OT: Megastar support

Does anyone know how to get support for Megastar?  My emails
to megastar@willbell.com and to Emil Bonanno's company
email elb@ix.netcom.com are bouncing.

Alternately, does anyone know how to get Megastar to install
somewhere else other than the default C:\Megastar location.  
The setup program from the Megastar floppy exits with a 
"could not create folder" error if I ask it to install in 
D:\Apps\Megastar.
