Hi Jim;
         81.25mm of stock solution or 81.25ml of solution direct out of the 
bottle (the thick stuff?)  IN either way, it sounds like your developer 
might be too strong.
         To giv eyou an idea, for daytime shots I use, to develop 8 sheets 
fo 4x5 film (ech Pan, trix-X, any of them), 8 ml of HC-110 direct out of 
the bottle, then enough water to make 600ml total volume.  Then agitation 
on a rollar base for around 10-12 minutes.
         For hypered film, if I wanted to keep developing times down, I 
would use 16ml of HC-110, direct out of the bottle, add water to total 
volume of 600ml, and developing times of 4-5 minutes, constant agitation on 
a roller base.
         As the old saying goes, your milage will vary.
         Experiment with some daytime shots until you get it the way you 
want, then use those times as a tart to experiment for your hypered, night 
shots.
