         ZoneAlarm *might* be it.  Sometimes spyware programs overwrite 
.DLL files on your hard drive and in your windows registry to mimic your 
regualr .DLL files used when you surf th enet, and they might be different 
enough that a firewall "sees" it as a different progam than what you 
originally configured, so it blocks access.
