Monte go through the accessory hole. I had to get a
quick re-wire when I got a wire through the tripod socket. You need to do
everything you can to eliminate the metal shavings that will come from the
drilling.
The 105mm f/2.4 is a good lens. I've never shot it
wide open but at f/4 it's excellent. I have not used it much; it's big brother
the 165mm f/2.8 is what i use more often. It's very good also.

I am now the proud owner of a
Pentax 6x7 camera and I need to know where to drill the hole to allow the N2
into the camera. I know most of you have used the camera mount screw hole.
That seems pretty simple and I can do that but on my model, there is a second
smaller hole with no thread near the mounting hole and as I have use for it
(as far as I know I don't). It is on the same plate as the main hole but
closer to the back.
Thanks in advance
Monte
BTW I also got a 105mm 2.4 lens - any
thoughts? Should I use it at
f4?
