Yes I think the remarkable thing about your image is not so much the resolution
but the very high S/N which is attributable to your dark skies, high QE of the ST10ME
and your long exposures. Of course great processing brings it all together!

You have certainly captured more faint stuff than I have ever seen in any image of that Galaxy. However, a quick analysis of the image shows that your resolution is around 3.2 arc seconds. Did you bin this image?
