[APML] Focal reducer in Maksutov

Does anyone has an idea of how a 6.3 focal reducer (Celestron) will work an a 5.5" f/14.28 ?

Can one expect acceptable results ? 

Alternatively, can anyone recommend another focal reducer for such a telescope?
