[APML] Help me unsubscrribe

Help me unsubscribe from APML.  I've tried every trick I know with Majordomo to unsubscribe

from this list without success. I love the list but I'm going to be out of town for a few weeks and

my mail box will fill up and overflow with the volume of traffic on the list.

My St-4 is about eight years old and still works fine. However, listening to everyone talk about relays it sounds like it is just a matter of time before my relays start to stick. Are the parts numbers you all are describing good for my vintage st-4 and would a very nonelectronics oriented person be able to easily and accurately replace them?   Thany to all      Dan
